DISCOVER SCUBA DIVING

Ready to dive into the liquid world and get a good feel of what diving is like? This course is for you.

The PADI Discover Scuba Diving course introduces you to the diving experience out at sea, under direct supervision of a PADI professional. This is not a diving certification but it will give you a good idea of what diving is like and, at the end of your experience, you will receive a Diploma as a souvenir.

You will be explained the essentials of diving and your instructor will guide you through basic exercises that will help you feel comfortable underwater.

Once you have gone through the dry drill, we will get you into your gear and you will go into the water with your instructor. You will first do the exercises in shallow water and will then go for a dive with your instructor.

SCUBA DIVER

The PADI Scuba Diver course is the first half of the PADI Open Water Diver course and a basic diving license itself.

It consists of 3 theory sections, 3 confined water skill sets, and 2 dives in the sea. If you are short of time but still want to become a certified diver, this certification might be the right one for you.

Once you finish the course you will then be granted an internationally recognized certification and will be able to dive around the world with a certified dive guide to a maximum depth of 12 mts.

You can later continue with the second half of the course and become a PADI Open Water Diver.

Open Water Diver

Your passport to dive the world! Through the PADI Open Water Diver course you will learn the basic diving knowledge and techniques to be able to explore the underwater world with your dive buddies. The most popular and internationally recognized diving license.

Consists of three learning stages:

Theory: 5 modules in which you will be learning all the basic principles of diving. This theory can be done in the shop or online through e-learning before you come on your holiday. The advantage of the e-learning is that you have an extra day of holiday (no classroom time) and you can study at your own pace.
Confined Water dives: Dive session that will help you learn the diving skills in a confined and controlled environment.
Open Water dives: 4 dives in the sea where you will be able to use, practice and integrate the knowledge learned and the skills learned during your confined water session while exploring the underwater world.

Adventure Diver

Already a certified diver, and want to learn more about diving? Complete 3 Adventure Dives and become a certified PADI Adventure Diver! It gives you the opportunity to work together with your instructor to improve your skills and learn new diving techniques. Each Adventure Dive may count towards your first dive for a PADI Specialty Diver Course, if you have already done a specialty course ask your instructor if you have earned credit for an Adventure Dive. This course is a subset from the PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course. Each dive contains a theory section where you will be learning the basics of your adventure. You have the option of doing the theory before coming diving with us through the PADI e-learning or doing the theory with us. Once you have done the theory you will then go into the water with your instructor for a dive where you will apply all that you have learned and practicing the new skills.

Advanced Course

Advanced Open Water Diver

Through this certification you will be able to explore different aspects of diving, go deeper and learn how to navigate underwater. You do not have to be an “advanced” diver in order to take this course, through this course you will be able to advance in your diving knowledge and skills.

This course consists of 5 Adventure Dives. You will be learning the theory of each dive, either here with us or through the PADI e-learning at home, and then we will go for a dive and put into practice all that you have learned.

Underwater Navigation and Deep dive are mandatory, you can then choose your other 3 dives from any of the following Adventure Dives:

Emergency First Response

This course focuses on building your confidence and prepares you to act when faced with a medical emergency. You will learn simple to follow steps for emergency care, first aid, and CPR techniques.

We will spend a day where you will learn the knowledge through videos and a manual, which will later be discussed with your instructor. Later on you will be practicing the learned techniques and putting them into practice in emergency scenarios.

The PADI Emergency First Responder course follows internationally recognized medical guidelines for emergency care.

Advanced Course

Rescue Diver

This is described as one of the most challenging yet rewarding courses. The reason behind this is that through the Rescue Diver Course you will learn to prevent and deal with in-water problems. Your confidence as a diver will grow knowing you will be able to help yourself and others if needed.

Through the knowledge development you will be learning what to look for and how to deal with stressful situations, as well as the best techniques in each case. The knowledge development can be done in the dive center or at home before you come diving with us through the PADI e-learning.

You will later be practicing the skills and putting them into practice in controlled scenarios.

Requirements

Minimum age: 12 years.
Previous experience: PADI Adventure Diver with the Underwater Navigation dive completed (or equivalent).
You will be required to fill out a medical form stating you are in good physical conditions for diving.
Have the Emergency First Response primary and secondary care completed within the past 24 months.

Divemaster

You love scuba diving and want to share your love for the ocean with others guiding them around the underwater world?

Take a first step into the professional world with the PADI Divemaster course. In this course you will be working closely with your instructor and learning how to take care of other divers, preventing and easily solving any problem, guiding them in pleasant underwater tours as well as perfecting your diving skills.

You will be gaining great dive knowledge together with management techniques and supervision techniques, becoming a role model other divers look up to.

The PADI Divemaster curriculum is designed to go over the diving theory independently and reviewing it with your instructor. You will be deepening your knowledge in several areas such as the physiology of diving, diving equipment, diving physics and others.

You will be putting in practice all you have learned as a diver up to now, learning how to guide groups of divers and even how to teach certain skills and courses.

Master Scuba Diver

The highest recreational diving certification to be obtained. Join the elite of the PADI scuba diving community by obtaining a certification held by less than a 5% of divers out there.

Your scuba diving training and knowledge, rewarded in the best way. In order to obtain this certification you must complete 5 PADI Specialty Courses and have at least 50 logged dives. Check out the Specialty Courses we offer and join a select group in the diving world and our Wall of Fame.

Requirements:

Minimum age: 10 years old, certain dives have an age limitation, check with us to make sure which dives you can do.
Previous experience: PADI (Junior) Advanced Open Water Diver and PADI (Junior) Rescue Diver (or equivalent) and at least 50 logged dives

Search and Recovery

Ever lost something over board or during a dive? We all have! Through this course you will get the knowledge needed to develop adequate search patterns, proper buddy system and communication. You will also acquire the techniques needed to make your searches the most efficient possible.

Previous experience: At least PADI (Junior) Advanced Open Water Diver or equivalent. A PADI (Junior) Open Water Diver with an Underwater Navigator certification also qualifies.
